New build housing development
The site is currently a detached 1960’s house in a residential area.
The scope of works will therefore include the demolition of the existing building. This will be replaced with two new timber framed 2-storey dwellings.
The housing development is on a suburban residential road with very tight site constraints. Considering that Korendon will be operating within some difficult parameters, we anticipate a timeline of 10 months.
